Jadyn Violet Explores Love With Documentary Style Music Video “Lone Wolf”

Alternative underground-pop artist Jadyn Violet is making waves across the internet with the release of the “Lone Wolf” music video. The fast paced melodic track is complemented by documentarian themed visuals, where the artist asks strangers a simple question - “Were you ever in love?”.

Dozens of people from diverse backgrounds contributed to the music video, creating a relatable experience for the audience and the filmmakers. Already receiving feedback such as “the artist bringing back romance for this generation” and “daring experimenter”, the video is poised for a successful debut.

“Enter into the world where music video meets journalism, a new concept to convey the true feelings behind my art. We went out to interview people from all walks of life. Different ages, different ethnicities, all answering the same question, ‘Were you ever in love?’. The idea was to showcase how I felt in my song ‘Lone Wolf’ through the lens of strangers. Huge shout out to Joshua Sauceda for working on this with me. From directing, to shooting, to editing, this was a whole project that we fully completed ourselves. No outside help. Just us, a camera, a song, and an idea. I cannot begin to express how proud I am of this video.” - says the 23 year old musician.

Jadyn, the visionary behind Underground Violet Rave, has not only reshaped the landscape of music genres but also transformed the dynamics of artist-community interaction. “Working on this felt special - because we often don’t like to discuss sensitive topics such as love. I think the beauty is in the intimacy being shared with strangers and that’s something a lot of us wish we could do. It’s relatable, and that’s part of the human experience. I’m looking to experiment with emotion more, there’s power in pulling the strings of people’s hearts.” - says the co-director and cinematographer.
